Can I pick up my order?
We have a number of pick up locations but as not all goods are held at all warehouses please call 1300 967 949 if you would like to pick up your product.
I need to correct a mistake on an order.
Once your order is placed, it is sent electronically to our warehouse and the order is then picked, packed and shipped. This usually takes 24-48 hours but can be quicker. We are happy to make changes up until the point your order has been shipped or ordered in from one of our warehouses. After this point we are unable to change or cancel it.
If you have placed an order and you wish to change or cancel it, please PHONE us between 9am and 5pm Mon – Sat on 1300 967 949 and hopefully we will be able to accommodate your request before the order is submitted for dispatch.
Please DO NOT EMAIL us with your request, as it is quite possible that your email will not be opened prior to the order being submitted to the warehouse and dispatched.
Product Faults within the Manufacturer Warranty period?
Product Faults out of Manufacturer Warranty Period but within Back up Plan period?
Please contact the Back up Plan customer service team on 1800 062 782. They will make arrangements for replacement or repair.
What if my order has not arrived?
If after you receive your dispatch notice you do not receive your order for more than 10 days pelase contact Stan Cash via email email@example.com or or call us on 1300 967 949.
What if my order is delivered damaged?
We understand how disappointing it is if an item arrives damaged and are here to help.
Please contact Stan Cash on 1300 967 949 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of receiving the item. We review each matter promptly on a case by case basis and will arange a replacement or refund. Please note we may require photos.
Will Australia Post leave my order without a Signature?
Once the goods have been dispatched you will receive tracking information. You may the request a safe drop via the Australia Post tracking system. Please note we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels when you make this request.
Can I add a Back up Plan after I pay for my order?
Back up Plans can only be issued at the same time your order is placed, simply select the Back up Plan while on the product page.
Are you fexible on pricing?
We are contstantly checking our prices to make sure they are as competitive as they can be. If you are looking at a bulk buy please send an email to email@example.com and we will pass this through to our buyers.
Do you offer finance?
We do offer up to 6 months interest free via Zip money. You can select this option on the checkout page. See here for more info
