If a product or service you buy fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy. If the problem is minor, you may be offered a free repair of the product. If the problem is major, you may choose between a replacement and a refund. For more information about consumer guarantees, please refer to the ACCC website at www.accc.gov.au .
