Terms And Conditions

Introduction

In these Terms and Conditions "we", “our" and "us" mean Stan Cash and “our website” means the URL www.stancash.com.au and "you" and “your” means you, the customer. These Terms and Conditions together with your order and the order reference number provided to you constitute the entire contract between us and you for the supply of products. No other Terms and Conditions will apply.

Stan Cash is an Australian Website only. We only sell and ship Products within Australia. We will not make deliveries outside of Australia.

 

Access and Security

It is your responsibility to take precautions to adequately protect yourself from the risk of viruses, malicious software or other issues which may damage your computer.  We take no responsibility for any damage arising from the connection to our website or links to any other related websites.

 

Prices

The prices payable for your order are clearly set out in the web site. All prices are inclusive of GST. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge. You agree to pay the delivery charges specified at the time you submit your order.

We reserve the right to modify prices published on our website at any time. Prices can change and our latest price is always displayed on our website www.stancash.com.au and not any third party websites.

Prices for items ordered are fixed on acceptance of your order. Subsequent price changes either up or down will not be applied to accepted orders.

 

Payment

Payment can be made through direct deposit, pay pal, and credit card. Please note we do not accept international credit cards of any type.  

 

Ordering 

Orders placed on a weekend or a Public Holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding for Victorian Public Holidays.

Please choose carefully and review all products in your cart when completing the checkout process as your order cannot be cancelled once we have provided you with the order reference number. No refunds, credits or replacements are offered if you have changed your mind about the ordered products, make an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an order.

We will use our best endeavours to supply your order, however we reserve the right to cancel any order without notice for any reason.  If an order is cancelled in this manner, any payments made will be refunded fully to you.

 

Availability and Delivery

Stan Cash will use its best endeavours to deliver ordered goods to your nominated delivery address within the time frames specified at the time of placing the order.  If, for any reason, we are unable to supply a particular item within this timeframe, we will notify you as soon as possible.

If an item ordered is not available, we will provide you with an alternative and if this is not acceptable to you, we will provide you a full refund.

We will not be liable to anyone for any losses suffered or incurred due to any delivery delays or cancellations of orders.

Following the payment for goods, title for orders passes to you when the goods are delivered to the nominated address.

 

Legal Capacity to Transact

If you are under eighteen (18) years of age, you cannot order via our website. Should we suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by a minor using our website, we reserve the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any transactions to be entered into via our website.

 

Major or Large Appliances Returns

For all damaged or faulty goods, in the first instance please call the manufacturer or supplier as per the product warranty information.  If you have any difficulties with the manufacturer or supplier, please do not hesitate to contact us on 1300 967 949 to resolve your issue.

 

Small Appliances - Damages

Please call Customer Service on 1300 967 949 within 24 hours of receipt of damaged goods. Photo proof of the damages will be required. Customer service will assess the damage and if applicable will organise an exchange, refund or credit. Stan Cash will pay the freight cost if the product is being returned by supplying an Australia Post Return Label. Goods must be returned complete in their original packaging. You will need to attach the label and take the goods to the Post Office for despatch.

Please allow up to 10 days turnaround for the replacement of damaged goods (longer for WA and remote areas). Replacements cannot be despatched until damaged goods are received.  Stan Cash will not be responsible for additional damage during the return process.

 

Small Appliances - Faulty Goods - DOA (Dead of Arrival)

Please call Customer Service on 1300 967 949 if your goods are Dead on Arrival (DOA). Stan Cash will pay the cost of return for DOA items.  Customer Service will issue an Australia Post Return Label to enable the goods to be returned and exchanged or refunded. Goods must be returned complete in their original packaging. You will need to attach the label and take the goods to the Post Office for despatch.

Please allow up to 10 days turnaround for the replacement of damaged goods (longer for WA and remote areas). Replacements cannot be despatched until damaged goods are received.  Stan Cash will not be responsible for additional damage during the return process.

Please note - goods that are deemed not to be DOA will either be returned to you at your cost, or refunded net of the cost of return and a restocking fee. As such, please be careful to fully test the product prior to requesting a return.

 

Small Appliances - Faulty Goods - Under Manufacturer's Warranty

All electrical products contained and sold from this site are covered for a limited time by the Manufacturers of the product or Stan Cash suppliers. Stan Cash abides by manufacturers warranty terms and conditions, including the right to repair or replace at the sole discretion of the manufacturer during the warranty period.

In the event , outside our DOA Policy, a product becomes faulty under warranty, it will be the customer's responsibility to return the item to Stan Cash, if the item is more than 30 days from date of delivery.

Please contact Customer Service on 1300 967 949 to arrange a Return Authority number (RA) for the return of your goods. It is recommended (at the customers expense) that returned items are sent registered post to enable the goods to be tracked.  Stan Cash  will not accept responsibility for returned goods that are damaged or lost in transit. Goods cannot be replaced until the faulty goods are received.

Not satisfied with your product?

If you find you are not satisfied with your product, you have 10 days to get in contact with Customer Service on 1300 967 949. As long as the product is in the same condition as it arrived to you with all packaging and accessories, we will fully reimburse you for the amount you paid for the product less the cost of shipping and a 25% restocking fee (or a minimum of $10).

 

Modifications 

Stan Cash may modify the terms and conditions of this User Agreement at any time, and such modifications will be effective as soon as they are posted. By continuing to use the Site after this User Agreement has been modified, you agree to be bound by the modification. A copy of the current User Agreement is displayed on the Site at all times.

 

Our use of your information

We retain the right at all times to monitor, retain and disclose any information as necessary for us to satisfy our obligations under any applicable laws. More information about the information we collect from you and what we do with that information is set out in our privacy policy.

You acknowledge that all forums, discussion groups and content postings are public and not private communications. Information or postings submitted to the forum or discussion group by users is subject to our review and moderation. We reserve the right to remove without notice or moderate any content in a forum or discussion group or any content posting for any reason.

We reserve the right to terminate, without prior notice, your access to your Stan Cash user account.

 

Our Liability

We will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise.

Our maximum aggregate liability for any Product supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount payable by you to us in respect of the Product(s) in question.
