Returns

All products purchased in Australia by consumers come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Many products also come with a manufacturer’s warranty.

If a product or service you buy fails to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a remedy. If the problem is minor, you may be offered a free repair of the product. If the problem is major, you may choose between a replacement and a refund. For more information about consumer guarantees, please refer to the ACCC website at www.accc.gov.au.Β 

Damaged in Transit or Dead on Arrival

Where possible please reject delivery and Stan Cash will arrange a new unit upon return. Where goods have been received please call Customer Service on 1300 727 967 or email us via https://www.stancash.com.au/contact-us to arrange return. Customer service will assess the damage and if applicable will organise an exchange, refund or credit in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law. Stan Cash will pay the freight cost if the product is being returned by supplying a Return Label. Please return goods in their original packaging. You will need to attach the label and take the goods to the Post Office or Parcel Point location for dispatch.

Please allow up to 10 days turnaround for the replacement of damaged goods (longer for WA and remote areas). Replacements cannot be dispatched until damaged goods are received. Β Stan Cash will not be responsible for additional damage during the return process.

Please note - goods that are deemed not to be DOA will either be returned to you at your cost, or refunded net of the cost of return and a restocking fee. As such, please be careful to fully test the product prior to requesting a return.

Please note photographic proof may be required for damaged items.

Faulty Goods - Under Manufacturer's Warranty

Most large appliances will come with an in home warranty. As such we recommend you contact the manufacturer directly to arrange a service call. If you have any difficulties with the manufacturer or supplier, please do not hesitate to contact us on 1300 727 967 or email us via https://www.stancash.com.au/contact-us to resolve your issue.

For smaller appliances please contact Customer Service on 1300 727 967 or email us via https://www.stancash.com.au/contact-us to arrange a Return Authority number (RA) for the return of your goods.

Subject to the Consumer Law, Stan Cash will cover the cost of return in the first 30 days.

You may request a replacement or refund as preferred. Where goods are no longer available a refund will be issued.Β 

It is recommended that returned items are sent via registered post to enable the goods to be tracked. Β Stan Cash will not accept responsibility for returned goods that are damaged or lost in transit. Goods cannot be replaced until the faulty goods are received. Change of Mind

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 10 days to get in contact with Customer Service on 1300 727 967 or email us via our Contact Us page.Β As long as the product is in the same condition as it arrived to you with all packaging and accessories, we are willing to accept a return. Please note a restocking fee of up to 25% (and a minimum $10) will apply and return postage is at your cost. Initial postage/shipping charges paid will not be refunded.

Please note we are unable to accept change of mind returns for any products that have been used.

If the product price included free or reduced delivery costs, the reimbursed amount will be reduced by the cost of shipping to your address.

Commercial Warranty
