The Smeg 90cm Portofino Induction Pyrolytic Freestanding Oven in Emerald Green is a freestanding cooking appliance that pairs an induction cooktop with a large oven cavity. Triple Fan technology circulates heat throughout the cavity to support consistent results, while Multizone cooking allows different areas of the oven to be used for separate dishes at the same time. Steam assisted cooking introduces moisture during the cooking process, which can assist with bread, roasts and delicate foods. The oven also includes Air Fry, BBQ and Stone cooking functions, covering crisping, grilling and baking on a heated stone surface. An integrated food probe monitors the internal temperature of meats and other dishes so cooking can be managed to a set core temperature. The pyrolytic cleaning function heats the oven to a high temperature to reduce food residue to ash, simplifying maintenance.
